中空玻璃生产线上，丁基胶涂布这道工序有两种设备形态：卧式和立式。很多厂家上生产线的时候，关注点都集中在涂布精度、胶嘴间隙、温控这些参数上，反而忽略了设备形态和自身产能、厂房条件的匹配。

There are two types of equipment for the butyl rubber coating process on the insulated glass production line: horizontal and vertical. When many manufacturers go to the production line, their focus is on parameters such as coating accuracy, nozzle gap, and temperature control, while neglecting the matching of equipment form and their own production capacity and factory conditions.

卧式涂布机：中小产能、多品种的常规选择。

Horizontal coating machine: a conventional choice for small and medium-sized production capacity and multiple varieties.

卧式设备的铝间隔条水平放置，传送轮从下方支撑，胶嘴从上方或侧面出胶。设备结构相对简单，操作直观，换型调整方便。对于产能不大、铝条规格经常变化的厂家，卧式设备的灵活性更好。缺点是占地面积相对大，因为铝条是水平输送的，设备长度受铝条长度限制，加工大尺寸铝框时设备会很长。

The aluminum spacer of the horizontal equipment is placed horizontally, with the conveyor wheel supported from below and the glue nozzle dispensing glue from above or from the side. The device structure is relatively simple, the operation is intuitive, and the changeover and adjustment are convenient. For manufacturers with limited production capacity and frequent changes in aluminum bar specifications, horizontal equipment has better flexibility. The disadvantage is that it occupies a relatively large area because the aluminum bars are transported horizontally, and the length of the equipment is limited by the length of the aluminum bars. When processing large-sized aluminum frames, the equipment will be very long.

立式涂布机：高产能、大尺寸的效率之选。

Vertical coating machine: the efficient choice for high production capacity and large size.

立式设备的铝条垂直立起，两侧有导向轮夹持，胶嘴从两侧同时出胶。优势是占地面积小——铝条立着走，设备长度只需要铝条宽度对应的尺寸就够。适合加工大尺寸中空玻璃的厂家，比如幕墙玻璃、大板玻璃。立式设备还可以和后续的封胶线、折弯机等设备连线，形成自动化生产线。缺点是铝条立着输送，对导向和夹持的精度要求更高，铝条走偏的几率比卧式大。

The aluminum strip of the vertical equipment stands vertically, with guide wheels on both sides for clamping, and the glue nozzle simultaneously releases glue from both sides. The advantage is that it occupies a small area - the aluminum strip stands upright and the equipment length only needs to be the size corresponding to the width of the aluminum strip. Suitable manufacturers for processing large-sized insulating glass, such as curtain wall glass and large panel glass. Vertical equipment can also be connected to subsequent sealing lines, bending machines, and other equipment to form an automated production line. The disadvantage is that aluminum bars are transported vertically, which requires higher precision for guidance and clamping, and the probability of aluminum bars deviating is higher than that of horizontal conveying.

选卧式还是立式，先看三个条件。

Choose horizontal or vertical, first consider three conditions.

第一是铝条长度和框型尺寸。加工大尺寸幕墙玻璃，卧式设备的长度可能要十几米，厂房放不下；立式设备占地小得多。第二是产能和连线需求。如果只是单机生产，卧式够用；如果要做自动化连线，立式更容易和后道设备对接。第三是铝条规格的更换频率。频繁换型的厂家，卧式调整更快；固定规格大批量生产的，立式效率优势明显。

The first is the length of the aluminum strip and the size of the frame. Processing large-sized curtain wall glass, the length of horizontal equipment may be more than ten meters, and the factory cannot accommodate it; Vertical equipment takes up much less space. The second is production capacity and connection demand. If it is only single machine production, horizontal production is sufficient; If you want to do automated wiring, vertical connections are easier to connect with downstream equipment. The third is the frequency of replacing aluminum strip specifications. Manufacturers who frequently change models have faster horizontal adjustments; For large-scale production of fixed specifications, the vertical efficiency advantage is obvious.

无论卧式立式，胶嘴间隙和温度控制是一样的。

Regardless of whether it is horizontal or vertical, the gap between the rubber nozzle and temperature control are the same.

挤胶头与铝条的间隙调整为比铝条宽度宽0.5mm，打胶高度与铝框内边缘相差0.5mm左右，工作温度控制在120-140℃之间。这些参数不因设备形态而改变。立式设备因为两侧同时出胶，两侧胶嘴的对称性和出胶量一致性更关键——两侧出胶量不一致，铝条两侧的胶层厚度就不一样，密封效果打折扣。

The gap between the extrusion head and the aluminum strip is adjusted to be 0.5mm wider than the width of the aluminum strip, and the glue height is about 0.5mm different from the inner edge of the aluminum frame. The working temperature is controlled between 120-140 ℃. These parameters do not change depending on the device form. Vertical equipment requires the symmetry and consistency of the glue nozzles on both sides due to simultaneous glue dispensing. If the glue dispensing amount on both sides is not consistent, the thickness of the glue layer on both sides of the aluminum strip will be different, which will compromise the sealing effect.

传送速度和出胶量的同步，立式要求更高。

The synchronization of conveying speed and adhesive output requires higher vertical requirements.

立式设备的铝条输送速度通常比卧式快，因为要配合连线生产节拍。速度越快，对出胶量实时调整的响应速度要求越高。靠人工手动调节跟不上，需要PLC控制，设定好单位长度的挤出量后，速度变化时系统自动调整出胶量。

The aluminum bar conveying speed of vertical equipment is usually faster than that of horizontal equipment because it needs to match the production rhythm of the connecting line. The faster the speed, the higher the requirement for real-time adjustment of the glue output response speed. Unable to keep up with manual adjustment, PLC control is required. After setting the extrusion amount per unit length, the system automatically adjusts the glue output when the speed changes.

立式丁基胶涂布机的选型逻辑很清晰：大尺寸幕墙玻璃、高产能、需要连线，选立式；中小产能、多品种、单机生产，卧式更灵活。设备形态选对了，胶嘴间隙、温度控制、速度同步这些参数才有发挥的余地。

The selection logic of the vertical butyl rubber coating machine is very clear: for large-sized curtain wall glass, high production capacity, and the need for wiring, choose the vertical type; Small and medium-sized production capacity, multiple varieties, single machine production, horizontal more flexible. Only when the equipment form is selected correctly, can parameters such as nozzle gap, temperature control, and speed synchronization be fully utilized.
