中空玻璃用久了起雾、进水、结露，业主投诉不断，厂家返工成本高。很多人以为是密封胶质量问题，其实根源往往在生产线上——合片、打胶、压合这几道工序没控制好，再好的胶也白搭。

Hollow glass has been fogging, water ingress, and condensation for a long time, leading to continuous complaints from homeowners and high rework costs for manufacturers. Many people think it's a quality issue with the sealant, but in fact, the root cause often lies in the production line - the processes of laminating, gluing, and pressing are not well controlled, and even the best sealant is useless.

一、铝条折弯决定第一道密封

1、 Aluminum strip bending determines the first seal

铝间隔条是骨架，也是干燥剂的容器。折弯精度不够，四角对不齐，合片后密封胶填充不均，水汽就从缝隙进去了。全自动折弯机比手工折弯一致性高得多，角度误差小，插角紧密。折弯后要马上灌装分子筛，暴露时间长了干燥剂吸潮失效，等于白装。

Aluminum spacer bars are the skeleton and also the container for desiccants. The bending accuracy is insufficient, the four corners are not aligned, and the sealant is not evenly filled after lamination, causing water vapor to enter through the gaps. Fully automatic bending machines have much higher consistency than manual bending, smaller angle errors, and tighter insertion angles. After bending, the molecular sieve should be filled immediately. If the desiccant fails to absorb moisture after a long exposure time, it is equivalent to white packaging.

二、丁基胶涂布是隐形防线

2、 Butyl rubber coating is an invisible defense line

丁基胶是第一道密封，直接决定水汽渗透率。涂布温度、压力、速度要匹配，温度低了涂不匀，高了胶体老化。胶层厚度一般0.3到0.5毫米，太薄密封不够，太厚浪费还影响合片。很多小厂这道工序靠手感，批量质量不稳定，出了问题也查不出原因。

Butyl rubber is the first seal that directly determines the water vapor permeability. The coating temperature, pressure, and speed should be matched. If the temperature is low, the coating will not be uniform, and if it is high, the colloid will age. The thickness of the adhesive layer is generally 0.3 to 0.5 millimeters. If it is too thin, the seal will not be sufficient, and if it is too thick, it will waste and affect the lamination. Many small factories rely on hand feel for this process, and the batch quality is unstable. Even if there are problems, the cause cannot be identified.

三、双组份打胶看配比和混合

第二道密封用双组份胶，A胶和B胶配比不对，要么固化不完全、要么发脆开裂。打胶机要能准确计量、充分混合，混合不均的胶局部强度差，时间一长就渗漏。打胶后要静置固化，环境温湿度也要控制，冬天固化慢，不能急着搬运。

The second seal uses two-component adhesive, and the ratio of A adhesive to B adhesive is incorrect, resulting in incomplete curing or brittle cracking. The glue machine should be able to accurately measure and mix thoroughly. Uneven mixing of glue can result in poor local strength and leakage over time. After gluing, it should be left to cure and the temperature and humidity of the environment should be controlled. Curing is slow in winter and cannot be rushed during transportation.

四、充气中空要控好浓度

做Low-E充氩气的中空玻璃，充气浓度直接影响保温性能。浓度不够等于没充，浓度虚标还涉及验收风险。充气设备要有浓度检测，合片后尽快封边，避免气体逸散。

The filling concentration of Low-E argon gas directly affects the insulation performance of insulating glass. Insufficient concentration is equivalent to not charging, and false concentration labeling also involves acceptance risks. Inflating equipment should have concentration detection, and the edges should be sealed as soon as possible after closing to avoid gas leakage.

五、选生产线看三点

一看设备精度和稳定性，折弯角度、打胶配比、压合平行度这些参数能不能长期保持。二看自动化程度，人工干预越多，一致性越差。三看售后，密封胶固化问题往往在几个月后才暴露，厂家能不能快速响应很关键。

When it comes to the accuracy and stability of the equipment, can parameters such as bending angle, glue ratio, and parallelism be maintained for a long time. Looking at the degree of automation, the more manual intervention there is, the worse the consistency. After checking the after-sales service, the problem of sealant curing is often exposed several months later, and it is crucial for the manufacturer to respond quickly.
