Aluminum frame frame filled with molecular sieve: sealing the molecular sieve with moisture is equivalent to filling it with white glue. Automatic bending machines have much better air tightness than manual right angle frames, and corner joints are the most common air leakage points;

涂丁基胶：温度、胶温、辊速三者不匹配，胶线就会断、虚粘；第一道密封一旦失效，外道硅酮再厚也救不回来；

Applying butyl adhesive: If the temperature, adhesive temperature, and roller speed do not match, the adhesive line will break and become sticky; Once the first seal fails, no matter how thick the outer silicone is, it cannot be salvaged;

合片+辊压+固化：合片定位偏1mm，整樘窗视觉就歪；辊压不匀，空腔里有气包，紫外线一照就起泡。

Folding+rolling+curing: The positioning of the laminating is 1mm off center, resulting in a distorted visual appearance of the entire window; Uneven rolling, air pockets in the cavity, and bubbles when exposed to ultraviolet light.

选设备别只比“能不能做出来”，看三件事：①清洗段是否不锈钢水路+恒温热风；②丁基胶机有没有温控和胶缸保温；③上片/合片是不是伺服定位，换规格要不要重调半天。小厂手工线做样品很漂亮，量产时公差一散，整批返修比买好设备贵。

Don't just compare equipment to whether it can be made, look at three things: ① whether the cleaning section has a stainless steel waterway and constant temperature hot air; ② Does the butyl rubber machine have temperature control and rubber cylinder insulation; ③ Is the upper/lower film servo positioning, and is it necessary to readjust for half a day when changing specifications. The handmade samples made by the small factory are very beautiful, but the tolerance is scattered during mass production, and the whole batch repair is more expensive than buying good equipment.

工程采购记住：中空玻璃的寿命是设备“逼”出来的，不是胶品牌吹出来的。
