很多建材、保温板、门窗、滤芯、纸盒厂还在靠人工打胶：胶缝宽窄随手感、转角断胶、用胶量算不清，旺季招不到人，淡季胶桶过期。全自动封胶线不是“机器人拿胶枪”，而是把上件定位、轨迹涂布、计量出胶、压实定型、输送收料串成可复现工艺。

Many building materials, insulation boards, doors and windows, filter cartridges, and paper box factories still rely on manual gluing: the width of the glue seam is easy to feel, the glue breaks at corners, the amount of glue used is unclear, they cannot recruit people during peak seasons, and the glue barrels expire during off-season. The fully automatic sealing line is not a "robot taking glue gun", but a reproducible process that involves upper part positioning, trajectory coating, measuring glue, compacting and shaping, and conveying and receiving materials.

一、先定“封什么、走多快”再选机?

1、 First determine "what to block and how fast to go" before selecting the machine

平面板材/保温板封边：辊涂+刮胶或龙门式定量挤出，重出胶均匀和换行不堆胶；

Flat board/insulation board edge sealing: roller coating+scraping glue or gantry type quantitative extrusion, re dispensing glue evenly and without stacking glue;

门窗/幕墙铝型材：双组份聚氨酯/硅酮，配自动混胶机和定量齿轮泵，A/B 比漂移 1% 就起泡脱粘；

Aluminum profiles for doors, windows, and curtain walls: two-component polyurethane/silicone, equipped with an automatic glue mixing machine and a quantitative gear pump, capable of foaming and debonding with an A/B ratio drift of 1%;

纸盒/礼盒：视觉定位喷胶或热熔胶辊，讲节拍（件/分钟）不讲“能打多粗”；

Paper box/gift box: Visual positioning spray glue or hot melt glue roller, focusing on rhythm (pieces/minute) rather than "how thick it can be made";

滤芯/圆件：回转工作台+仿形枪，转角处要预压枪、断胶回吸，不然一头疙瘩一头断线。

Filter element/round piece: rotary worktable+imitation gun. Pre press gun and broken rubber suction should be used at the corners, otherwise one end will clump and the other end will break.

二、真正值钱的是“胶量闭环”?

好线不看枪头多花哨，看三件事：

Good lines don't look at fancy gun tips, look at three things:

计量泵/伺服螺杆能不能按 mm? 出胶；

Can the metering pump/servo screw dispense adhesive in mm ?;

视觉或编码器能不能随工件尺寸自动变轨迹；

Can the visual or encoder automatically change trajectory according to the size of the workpiece;

胶温、压力、混比有没有在线记录。

Are there online records of glue temperature, pressure, and mixing ratio.

人工线用胶浪费 15%~30%，自动线把胶缝做稳，材料费半年就省出一台小设备。

Artificial lines waste 15% to 30% of glue, while automatic lines stabilize the glue seams, saving a small equipment in six months on material costs.

三、双组份比单组份娇气得多?

3、 Two component is much more delicate than single component

AB 胶固化靠比例和熟化温度。静态混合管堵了不报警、料桶没抽真空带进气泡、冬夏胶黏度差没人管——做出来表面亮，切开展层全是气孔。自动线建议带：桶内搅拌+脱泡、管路保温、定期自动冲管、混比自检。

The curing of AB glue depends on the ratio and curing temperature. The static mixing tube is blocked and does not sound an alarm, the material bucket is not vacuumed and bubbles are introduced, and the viscosity difference between winter and summer glue is not monitored - the surface of the product is bright, and the cutting layer is full of pores. The automatic line must include: mixing and defoaming inside the bucket, insulation of the pipeline, regular automatic flushing of the pipeline, and self inspection of the mixing ratio.

四、和前后段别各干各的?

4、 Go your own way with the preceding and following paragraphs

上料要是人工摆，封胶再快也等件；下料不接滚筒/皮带进固化房，胶未表干就被碰移位。真自动线是“上料机—定位台—封胶站—压紧输送—固化区”一条节拍，PLC 里改一个尺寸，全线轨迹跟着变。

If the feeding is manually arranged, no matter how fast the sealing is, it will still wait for the parts; The material is not connected to the drum/belt when entering the curing room, and the adhesive is displaced before it dries. The true automatic line follows a single cycle of "feeding machine positioning station sealing station compression conveyor curing area", and when a size is changed in the PLC, the trajectory of the entire line changes accordingly.

全自动封胶线的本质，是把“老师傅手稳不稳”变成设备参数表。选型前先留三样东西给厂家：工件图纸、用胶牌号（单/双组份、黏度、表干时间）、班产件数——比只问“多少钱一米”少踩一半坑。

The essence of a fully automatic sealing line is to turn "the master's hand is unstable" into an equipment parameter table. Before selecting, leave three things for the manufacturer: workpiece drawings, adhesive grades (single/double component, viscosity, and surface drying time), and the number of parts produced per shift - which is half the cost of asking "how much per meter".
